Ingredients
150 g Greek Yogurt
150 g gluten free self raising
Dash of salt
Directions
Step 1: Preheat oven at 180c and prepare a flat surface with a sheet of baking paper. Sprinkle it with flour.
Step 2: Add yogurt, flour and salt to bowl. Mix to form a dough.
Step 3: Dust hands and rolling pin with flour and place dough the prepared baking paper.
Step 4: Roll into desired shape and slide baking paper with dough onto pan
Step 5: Par bake for 8 minutes before placing in fridge to cool.
Step 6: Add desired toppings and complete baking for 15 mins.

The ratio for the dough is equal parts flour and Greek yogurt, so you can adjust to your liking.

Making this from scratch allows for tiny pizzas, pizza subs and stuffed crust!

For the early members - this recipe can actually be used as a base for sweet dishes like scones, just add egg as a binder and sweetner
