Pizza Base

Ingredients

150 g Greek Yogurt

150 g gluten free self raising

Dash of salt

Directions

Step 1: Preheat oven at 180c and prepare a flat surface with a sheet of baking paper. Sprinkle it with flour.
Step 2: Add yogurt, flour and salt to bowl. Mix to form a dough.
Step 3: Dust hands and rolling pin with flour and place dough the prepared baking paper.
Step 4: Roll into desired shape and slide baking paper with dough onto pan
Step 5: Par bake for 8 minutes before placing in fridge to cool.
Step 6: Add desired toppings and complete baking for 15 mins.

Notes

  • The ratio for the dough is equal parts flour and Greek yogurt, so you can adjust to your liking.

  • Making this from scratch allows for tiny pizzas, pizza subs and stuffed crust!

  • For the early members - this recipe can actually be used as a base for sweet dishes like scones, just add egg as a binder and sweetner
