1 tsp butter for cooking (pasture raised, grass fed)
1 egg
1/2 medium banana or 2 tbsp Greek yogurt

Step 4: Remove (I tip the waffle maker over) and add desired toppings.
Notes
-
Go Canadian style by adding bacon, egg, strawberries and maple syrup
-
Recommended topping - cinnamon butter
-
If you don't have a waffle maker, you can cook in a well buttered saucepan on med-low with lid for 5 mins or until bubbles pop on surface. Cook on other side for further 2 mins.

I have a teeny Kmart waffle maker, so it's really a waffle and a half unless you eat the leftover batter while it cooks as a chef treat...
About the Recipe
I often want a single pancake for myself and find that using a waffle maker cuts the time in half!
Perfect for when you are craving...
